That's right patients and visitors, Again, daughter#1 has been at George Washington University Hospital twice, (I did send her to see the sites of Washington,but I think I should have said not the hospital)BUT this time they decided she needed to stay for a short visit.....
After Saturday's visit they said to relax, stay inside instead of going out as they think that is what is setting her Asthma off...so her and her chaperon went to China town and the movies. While at the movies she wasn't feeling good and another trip to the ER....but this time they are keeping her. They feel it is due to allergies and that Washington is very smoggy and humid right now has sent the breathing haywire....
I need to remember that this is where she needs to be at this time...and they don't need me there (I did ask).
But I want to say thank-you to her chaperon, (that's her picture above)she has gone up and above the call of duty she has been with daughter #1, since the beginning with every thing going on(here wanting to leave and now the asthma attacks)and I had called this am and she spent the night with her....Thank you for everything you have done for her...I need to send something special to her for a thank you....so any ideas

How about sending her a gift card to a nice restaurant....to make up for the hospital food she probably had to eat!!! :( I think it's really great that there are such dedicated and sensitive people involved with this program. I know this is all really hard on you... but knowing that there is someone there for your daughter that cares so much has to make it a little bit easier. Hope she feels better soon!!!
