We also went to the movies this week to see Walle and let me tell you there is nothing better than popcorn and butter from the movies.....lets say it was probably not a good thing to do that before weigh in........
So, to help me I am going to do a list of positives and negatives to keep me in line for next week....
List of Positive things I did this week:
I watched what I had eaten
I did drink all of my water
With all of the stress this week I did not snack in between meals
I went up to each station at the restaurant once when we went out
Negative things this week:
I did not walk at all much
I did go out to buffet this week and felt I had one to many shrimps (yum)
Can we say movie theater with butter and salt
Well with out further ado again ......I LOST, I LOST, I LOST, I LOST....Okay it was only .4 pounds, but again I LOST.....
Well on to next weeks weighin and lets hope it is a lost to report

ps.....have to say we tried a brownie at ww and it was wonderful, so I will post the easy recipe on Tuesday....

Cannoli....if you can go to that AMAZING restaurant and only go to each station "once", you're a better woman than me....give yourself a huge pat on the back!!! Congrats on the loss!!!
