WHAT I DID TODAY

Well I was going to go to weightwat*chers but because of my mouth situation, I didn't. I need to get back to my meetins and start getting back on track.

I did go to the dentist today(yeah me) and they could do a bridge for 1100.00 or they could do a root canal and a crown for 625. Of course, I went for the root canal.

They were an hour behind schedule and once I was in the chair, it began a long 4 hours of intense mouth work. After all the work I had done, they wanted to clean my teeth. I decided to have that done in 2 weeks when they put in the crown permanetly.

Let me say I will be going to work smilin this week all the way.....
